sv_lan控制，还是自力更生吧。暂时解决auth server reject的问题了。

改了#include <amxmodx> 出现以下ERRor

lan_chang.sma(0) : fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "lan_chang.sma"

Compilation aborted.
1 Error.

it is can work!
there is no problem in plugin, but the way that wo change sv_lan may be some problems !
all this happen from the steam updataed, if you konw the way to deal with please let's know it!
