新英雄 ----  精锐狙击兵

介绍：一个从战场上归来的士兵，血与火的洗礼赋予他超人般的反应速度，当敌人被他的准星锁定时就意味着末日来临。

参数（请写入congfig文件中）：

请教一下提卡维兰一些问题：

1. :67: 我升到了十级怎么使用超级英雄里比尔盖茨的“购买”功能,里面说要绑定热键到“购买”又没有例子说怎么绑定。
2. :cry2: 比尔盖茨增加的那一个能力：存储当前你的武器，在一个新的回合你可以叫回它们。是怎么储存的，又怎么叫回它们？
3. :5: 还有我设置了shconfig文件，看能不能超出地带购买、不限队伍购买和、拥有额外的副/主武器。设置1和0我都试过，但都不行！只是每局有16000块钱，其它的功能都没有！

比尔的那几个参数是要设成0才启用的。
以下是比尔的热键：
purchase
purchaseequip
purchaseammo1
purchaseammo2

你试试绑定后能不能用，比尔我没经过测试，也许会有问题。

比尔可能在汉化时出了问题，我重新汉化好了。

如果你用的是vault存储方式（也就是用我打包发的那个），那么经验值存档在amxmodx/data/vault.ini里
