Installation 安装
Download and extract the contents from the .zip files to your server's mod directory ( cstrike ) and make sure to keep folder structure下载并解压缩的内容。 zip文件到您的服务器的国防部目录（ cstrike ） ，并确保保持文件夹结构

sw_chill_duration - duration of chill (default 5.0) sw_chill_duration -期限寒气（默认5.0 ）
sw_chill_speed - percentage of speed that player receives when chilled (default 50.0) sw_chill_speed -百分比的速度时，播放器接收冰鲜（默认50.0 ）

Important : 重要提示：
If you experience many SVC_BAD kicks, increase MODEL_DELAY (line 210)如果您遇到许多SVC_BAD踢，增加MODEL_DELAY （行210 ）
If you experience low FPS on your server, comment line 207 to disable snow effect如果您遇到低的FPS在您的服务器上，注释行207禁用雪效应
