OP和VIP的权限设置及显示问题

下面代码如何判断OP与VIP的？我设置好user.ini后好像显示不了VIP，请各位兄弟帮忙指点一二

vip應該為有預留通道(B)...而沒有免疫權(A)

楼上的意思就是, 只要把VIP人员的a权限去掉就是VIP啦? OP与VIP的区分就是以有没有包括a权限来判断?是不是这样?
