    游戏开发商在CS1.6版里新增加了两款武器和一款装备。两款武器分别是CT方专用的FAMAS自动步枪售价2500与AK47同价，是AK47的好对手。这样在资金不够的情况下，CT再也不用买把MP5出去和AK对干了。T方增加了专用的GALIL自动步枪售价2700用来和M4A1对抗。这把枪和M4A1具有射击速度快、威力大的特点。

　　防暴盾牌只有CT可以购买，T也同样可以使用，但一旦使用了盾牌就不能再使用主枪了，这就意味着你要失去很大的攻击力，估计那些AK、M4高手是绝对不愿意为了少挨几枪就扔掉自己手里的武器而去抱盾牌的。不过到时候那怕就是一只菜鸟，只要他手里拿着盾牌也可以很好的保护自己，就不是可以任人鱼肉的了。

      另外根据官方的资料显示CS1.6将不会回到1.3版的跳跃方式，枪械准星的抖动和平衡情况也不会改变。习惯现在枪械用法的玩家仍然能发挥很大的作用，当然新的武器也需要尽快掌握，我们可以相信的是1.6将会由于新武器的加入而使得武器间的平衡被改变。土匪的GALIL自动步枪在对战中也是使用相当频繁的枪械，虽然威力没有ak47大，但是在发射速度和穿透力方面相当出色，当你在和朋友玩cs1.6的时候，你会发现很多ct都会来拣你这把枪，这点说明了这把枪在使用上能满足更多玩家的喜好
