Hello,
This is my first plugin. Well not exactly mine full plugin, MaRs, did it as well, so i declared him as his plugin either. (mine English is not very good:/ )
All you need to know is this command: amx_lockmenu, and leave the rest to the menu:)

安装要求：

1. 
   
2. sv_autoteamballance 0 (must be zero)
   
3. sv_limit teams 0 (must be zero)
