WIN32补丁不需要sv_lan设置 Linux需要填加sv_lan设置
* Fixed compatibility issue with C-D 4.31.0 (CODE 63)
* Fixed "Game Info" dialog position
* Added option "Change Game" to the main menu
* Updated de_airstrip (Missing in V20)
* Updated de_cbble overviews (Missing in V20)
* Fixed validation messages (Dedicated server)
* Fixed checksum of various files.

不过开3147服务器的朋友，一定要先确定，你的所在地区的3147客户端普及程度，因为只有3147客户端，才能搜出3147服务器。

如果你们发现自己搜不出服务器，请先检查自己所用的客户端是不是3147版的。
