[求助]安装排行榜中。安装SQL碰到的问题！

安装完MYSQL 后（安装在c:\mysql)
按照置顶帖Songsong 所说的
进入命令模式进行如下操作

C:\mysql\bin>mysqladmin -uroot -password 800867

后出现如下提示：
mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed
error: 'Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)'
Check that mysqld is running on localhost and that the port is 3006.
You can check this by doing 'telnet localhost 3306'

是不是设置密码失败啊？？？？

错误: '不能连接到在 'localhost' 的mysql服务器(10061)'
Check that mysqld is running on localhost and that the port is 3006.
检查mysqld 是否运行并且检查端口是不是 3006
You can check this by doing 'telnet localhost 3306'
你可以使用 'telnet localhost 3306' 检查3306 端口是否开放。

找本“MySQL中文操作手册”来看。
实在不行，就去MySQL论坛找。

看看你的ＭＹＳＱＬ服务器是不是正常运行．检查的方法用netstat命令，在win下我不知道．但是在linux下．可以用netstat -nat就可以检查出来，如果有３３０６证明mysql服务器正常运行．在linux下远程连接数据库的命令格式最好象我这样写：mysql -hlocalhost -uroot -p123456789

-p123456789 是连接远程数据库的密码．-P和123456789中间不要有空格,
