这个怎么说呢？看来你没有独立配置过服务器或者说对服务器
参数不是很了解。
首先说明里面的server.cfg 文件是100%官方原版没有做任何修改.
exec listip.cfg
exec banned.cfg
这两个参数是保存服务器Ban掉玩家的IP或ID的记录 如果你安装HLServe.exe
完毕之后打开HLServe目录看一下 里面目录只有 cstrike platform reslists
valve 这4个 如果你运行一次 CS Server 27015或CS Server 27015 会另外
生成cstrike_schinese目录 banned.cfg文件就在这里.
据部分网上服务器建立着反映使用这两个参数后会在换图时候造成LOAD现象，一般
不设置,你可以删除这两个参数.

由于是第一次做这个东西 出现问题请大家见谅。
打开 addons\amxmodx\configs 目录下users.ini文件,最后一行删除
