[求助] CS服务器可以对玩家改名吗

有的玩家用一些不好的名字，我想在CS服务器或RCON改名，不知道该用什么命令？

我的HLDS好象不支持这条命令啊，具体怎么用啊
我只装了HLDS4.1.1.1c+CS1.5MOD+PODBOT2.5
