ADMIN权限设置求助?

在nosteam版本下安装了bat_mm_1.3.1 (sourcemm-1.4.0) ,但是在user.ini中却无法设置nosteam客户端的admin权限 ,下面是user.ini中的说明:

nosteam的客户端都没有steam_id,请问该怎样设置？

第一次接触CSS,通过hldsupdatetool下载了CSS文件,然后用STEAM中文论坛发布的NOSTEAM补丁  ,现最新客户端3056可以正常进入.

  本来安装M_A_P1[1].2_CSS插件老猫汉化版,但不知为何,启动时 出现很多未知命令提示,进入游戏,能打开OP菜单,但1 2 3 4 5 6 8 0 选项不能使用 ,只有7和9选项可以用.

谁正确加载mani_admin_plugin_v1_2_beta_n_rc22的 ,请帮助一下吧

我用在DODS中也碰到这问题，不知怎么回事，我存为utf-8格式还是出错，后来我拿英文原版的mani_server.cfg就行了，但是把里面的提示换成中文，又出错，只好用英文。
