我为什么我汉化的插件不能编译

汉化后编译老是提示

G:\HLServer\cstrike\addons\amxmodx\scripting\match.sma :error 010 invalid funcation or declaretion

cold not locate output file G:\HLServer\cstrike\addons\amxmodx\scripting\match.amx<compile failed>

为什么.还有我用ue转化格式后看见的是unicode编码,但是保存都用记事本打开确不是unicode的编码,用另存为又发现已经是utf8 格式.救救我
