Warcraft 3 sounds are now optional to the CLIENT.
The commands war3x_setxp and war3x_setlevel are now
accessable via the server console.
Cooldown now updates 100% correctly when Sobi mask
is purchased/overwritten.
Vampiric Aura no longer gives more health than the
target has.
Deaths by War3x skills/ultimates now log correctly,
for compatibility with psychostats.
Health icons should now only appear over the heads
of players you can actually heal.
