可否人为创造闪光弹效果？

如果一个玩家面前没有闪光弹爆炸，我能否给他创造一个被闪到的效果，让他屏幕变白？
如果可以，应该怎么做？
请高手指教。

我记得有个插件可以的，你找找，就是你要求的，管理员给玩家屏幕闪光边白来测试是否开了作弊器。
