ClanMod v1.81.12 Security Fix

The ClanMod Team have released a security patch which fixes a possible exploit reported to BugTraq last week. These are only the binary DLL and so files which should be installed in the addons\clanmod\dlls directory.

NOTE: This security fix is for ClanMod v1.81.11 servers only.
