服务器无法正常运行，告急！

我做CS1.5服务器，打开快捷方式以后就有这样的提示：Auch Server
couldn't exec language.cfg
Server IP address 218.247.219.219:27015
Could not get IPX socket name,IPX disabled
Reason:WSAENOTSOCK
Downloading Security Monule from Speakeasy.net...
Error downloading Security Module from Speakesay.net
Server is not Secure
Master server communication disbled

而且每次打开的时候都要下载Security Monule

svonly "0"
secure "0"

这样做就是把官方的VAC反作弊功能关闭。
