You can now download the full Half-Life Dedicated Server v1.1.2.0 packages
(Windows and Linux) using these links:

The installations also include the new HLDSUpdateTool that we released last
week.

The installations include all of the current server files for:

Counter-Strike
Deathmatch Classic
Day of Defeat
Ricochet
Team Fortress Classic
Half-Life Deathmatch
