我的psychostats1.9为什么不能用？

运行stats.pl没反应，在stats.log有如下记录

*FATAL*11-11-2002 : 10:35:26 - Error opening log directory: { d:\hlserver\cstrike\logs


但是我的log文件夹没错，里面也有内容

d:\hlserver\cstrike\stats目录中连index.html文件都没有
