admin在～打amx_crossbow
ｕｅｓｒ　ｓａｙ　buy_weapon
１. 把new ge file 放在指定的models file 里

2. 把sound ge file 放在指定的cs file 里

3. 把amxx ge file 放在指定的addons plugins里 in plugins.ini 写 crossbow.amxx
