* Added a new and improved UserID ticket validation system (backwards compatible)
* Added a new option in rev.ini to force server to alllow only revEmu clients (applies to steam.dll only, when steamclient.dll is not used, see rev.ini for more info)
* Fixed a case where cache file would be used instead of using the existing local file
* Many server browser changes, additions and fixed bugs
* Added INSTALL.txt to the package
* Added the latest items_440.bin to platform folder

*增加了一个新的和改进的用户名票验证制度（向后兼容）
*增加了一个新的选择，迫使rev.ini服务器alllow只（revEmu客户端只适用于steam.dll，不使用时steamclient.dll，看到更多的信息rev.ini）
*修正了其中的缓存文件将被用于替代现有的本地文件使用情况
*很多服务器浏览器的变化，补充和修复的错误
*新增INSTALL.TXT及到包
*添加了最新items_440.bin到平台文件夹
