dproto 0.3.5 Release

CHANGELOG:
0.3.5:
- Fixed server response for very old clients (thx to Rulzy)
- Fixed bug when server drops HLTV if cid_NoSteam47/48 is deprecated(5)

修改日志：
0.3.5:
- 修正：服务器响应很老的客户端 (感谢 Rulzy)
- 修正BUG：如果 cid_NoSteam47/48 为 deprecated(5) ，当服务器放弃HLTV时。



意思都很明白，但翻译出来感觉好别扭啊，不知道该怎么翻译好……
