不能或找不到这些文件，请检查是什么插件需要用到这些文件，然后停用这个插件或想办法找到这些文件放到相应的目录里。

这个只是声音效果，没有这些声音文件，服务器也能正常运行，只是不能提供给玩家下载。如果玩家机子上有这些文件，他还是可以听到这些声音的。如果你经常登录不同的服务器，你可以看一下你的CS客户端上的sound/mics/目录下是否有这些文件。

maps/de_dust2.res

这些声效都是de_dust2.res文件造成的.去maps文件里面删掉de_dust2.res就可以了.这些声效根本没用.而且要下好常时间.或者你用记事本打开de_dust2.res删掉那些字就行了.
