Important message from Eric Smith of VALVe is below. Make sure the woncomm.lst file in the valve folder has the addresses specified.The IP addresses for the Half-Life Master and Authentication servers have been changed. These changes shouldn't affect servers or clients unless the file "valve\woncomm.lst" has been edited to use IP addresses (which you should never need to do).
Your "valve\woncomm.lst" file *should* have these entries:
Auth

half-life.west.won.net:7002
half-life.central.won.net:7002
}
Master
{
half-life.east.won.net:27010
half-life.west.won.net:27010
half-life.central.won.net:27010
}
The IP addresses for the servers have been changed to:
half-life.east.won.net
65.73.232.251
half-life.central.won.net
65.73.232.252
half-life.west.won.net
65.73.232.253
