第2次汉化还是这样.郁闷

加在那...... ZIP解压后放在CSTRIKE相应的目录里，SMA放在amxmodx\scripting里，AMXX放在amxmodx\plugins里面并在amxmodx\configs\plugins.ini里面添加插件名字。
