必须重新编译才能for CS1.5。
而编译条件就是修改
amx\examples\include下的
amxconst.inc文件，改
//#define NO_STEAM 为
#define NO_STEAM
再用complie.bat。

同样存在#define NO_STEAM这个设置，理论上是不通用的
